Grade Level/Discipline: English 9 (Special Needs)/IB (Honors) World Literature (11th)
Few Facts about myself:
Fact 1:This is my wife, who deserves all the credit for anything I'm able to accomplish in this world. I complain a lot about the work I have to do in pursuing my degree, but she is and always will be the number one reason I can. When I'm working here or at school. she's working to keep my family going.
Fact 2:These are my sons. They're why I need to be good. Not good at my job, or good in this class, but good. I can't wait to be done with classes so that I can be better.
Fact 3:My daughter, who's so ridiculously cute I can't bear to make her picture any smaller. My third full-time job (after my full-time job, and the grading that goes with my full time job) is making sure she doesn't wrap me around her finger so tight I'm of no use to her as a father.
Fact 4: A long time ago, I co-authored this book Ahh, youth.
What I'd like to learn or get out of this course: Renewedcontact with my technological playtime side. A chance to play around at making my class a place where 21st-century skills are practiced
My favorite game(s):
I play a little Angry Birds, but really, who has time? I like word games, too, and the Buzztime Trivia app on Facebook.
